Navigation Towards Personal Excellence

Navigation Towards Personal Excellence (NTPE) focuses on helping you get the most out of your Master's and ensuring you have the best possible experience. Building on your ILS experiences, it connects you with alumni and explores the job market through three interactive workshops and reflection sessions.

Each Master’s programme coordinator organises these sessions specifically for your programme and also tracks your attendance. You can find more details about each workshop in the online environment of the LSA.

  • Workshop 1: Study Crafting

    This workshop helps you make key decisions in your first year, focusing on specific study components and personal development choices.

    When: Within the first 4 months of your programme

  • Workshop 2: Envisioning Your Future

    In this workshop, you’ll focus on second-year decisions and explore job market demands, with alumni sharing their experiences.

    When: Near the end of year 1 (April until June).

  • Workshop 3: Off You Go!

    This final workshop prepares you for the job market, covering employer expectations and the application process through a webinar, so you can join from anywhere.

    When: In the second half of year 2 (~January until May).
