Introducing Life Sciences

Introducing Life Sciences (ILS) takes place in the first week of the academic year and covers all aspects of academic education and career development. During this week you get to know your fellow students and the school staff. Please note, that participation in all activities is compulsory, and the ILS is only offered once to every new group of Master's students. 

Access to Digital Environment for Intro Week

Once you have been accepted into your Master’s programme, you will receive an invitation from the LSA to join the online learning environment. This is essential for staying connected and informed during the Introducing Life Sciences week, since that is where all communication will take place.

Planning Introducing Life Sciences Week

The next ILS week will take place from September 1st until September 5th, 2025.

New to Utrecht?

Are you a new international student or new at Utrecht University? Sign up for the Buddy Programme of the GSLS to get more acquainted with Utrecht (University). Participation is free of charge.
