Master History and Philosophy of Science external link(HPS) has the happiest students of the UU, according to the National Student Survey 2022 external link. The student satisfaction score was 4.8 on a 5-point scale, the highest of all 81 Master programmes of Utrecht University. The Master has ranked among the top-3 of the UU for several years in a row. Because of the introduction of the student loan system in the Netherlands, financial funds became available to enhance the quality of higher education. In 2019 the Faculty of Science received these Quality Funds. Since then, plans have been made on how the money will be used.
