How often do you give some TLC to your brains? For you as a student, your brain is your instrument. Such an instrument needs proper maintenance. Physical activity keeps your brain healthy: it enhances brain functions, improves memory, boosts your energy, productivity, and creativity, and helps you sleep better.
In this training, we will dive into the process of decision-making. We will provide you with a model that can assist you in this process and work on some components of this model. By the end of the workshop, you will know what it takes to make a decision.
In this training, you will learn to be more present in the current moment. You will receive tools to prevent yourself from being carried away by your thoughts and emotions and gain clarity about what truly matters to you. Please note: this workshop consists of 5 meetings and will be taught in Dutch.
