Education and Examination Regulations (EER)

The Education and Examination Regulations (EER; OER in Dutch) contain the regulations that you will encounter during your studies. The EER consists of two parts: the faculty part comprises regulations that apply to all programmes within the Faculty of Geosciences; the programme specific part contains information specific to your programme. The regulations of the Boards of Examiners are an appendix to the EER. They contain the Boards of Examiners' rules and guidelines.

In the faculty part of the EER you will find information on
  • Scope and level of programmes
  • Rules on testing and examination
  • Requirements for cum laude
  • Academic advice and transitional provisions
In the programme-specific part of the EER you will find information on
  • Aims of the degree programme
  • Course admission requirements
  • Evaluation of quality of the programme
