The Innovation Sciences Master’s programme combines natural sciences with innovation. Both provide theoretical and practical approaches to explain the dynamics of innovation.
You will learn how to analyse and influence innovation processes. Your natural science knowledge will enable you to analyse technical possibilities, innovation policy and innovation management plans. This Master’s programme focuses on methods and techniques for analysing the feasibility and practicability of innovation processes. You will also become acquainted with operational methods for initiating and supervising innovation processes.
You will study micro aspects of innovation management, such as how companies evaluate and achieve successful technological developments, as well as macro aspects, such as government policies on science, technology and innovation, and how governments can promote innovative companies by becoming their customers, facilitate innovation processes and help fund an accessible knowledge infrastructure.
