The Admissions Office is currently dealing with a large number of incoming documents and they will inform you as soon as they have processed your documents.

Regarding the status of the arrival of your post: if you have used a track and trace service to send your documents and you have been notified that they have reached their destination, they almost certainly are within our possession. Please do not worry. Unfortunately, the Admissions Office is unable to inform each student that their post has arrived. It is not necessary to contact us or the Admissions Office to inform whether we have received them, or send us requested/missing application documents via email, as this will only slow down the process.

As a student at Utrecht University you have the possibility to follow courses or minors at other Dutch universities and universities of applied sciences at the same time. In most cases you don’t have to pay tuition fees twice. You can arrange this by requesting a Proof of Payment of Tuition Fees. EduXchange is a tool that can help you to find electives at TU Eindhoven, UU and WUR.

This is unfortunately not possible. Some housing agencies will accept the proof of (un)conditional acceptance as a place holder. 

As soon as you are fully enrolled, you can download this document from Osiris Student Open the tab “Personal Details” and go to “Status of Registration for Degree Programme”. There you will find the option to click on Declaration of Enrolment: a PDF file will open which you can print and/or save.

In case you do not have access to Osiris Student yet, you can contact studentservices@uu.nl to ask for a proof of enrolment provided that your enrolment is complete.

Instructions and conditions differ per student group. Please visit www.uu.nl/housing and select your student group and then UU Reserved Accommodation Programme. Here you can find the instructions for the housing provider(s) and any codes if necessary for application.

No, you have to re-enroll and pay the tuition fees for the whole academic year. You can terminate your enrolment in Studielink after you have graduated. After termination of enrolment, tuition fees are only owed for the months you were enrolled. You are entitled to a refund of 1/12th of the total tuition fees for that academic year for each month you are no longer enrolled. Check our website for more information regarding graduating and refund of the tuition fees.

This can be due to several reasons. It could be that you still need to arrange your payment in Studielink. You have until 31 August 2022 to do this. 

It is also possible that your programme still needs to register your BSA. This will happen in July or August.
