Your home university has to nominate you for a place at Utrecht University, so to begin with, you have to follow the enrolment procedures your university uses. Once the Faculty of Geosciences has received this nomination, the International Office Geosciences will send you an email with a link to the online application system. This is the only way to apply.

For the online application you have to prepare these forms:
If you know that you will have to leave Utrecht before the end of the semester — for instance, because you have an overlap with your home university’s programme — you should mention this in your application form. The International Office Geosciences will contact the course coordinators for you and inform them. At the beginning of your course(s), you too must talk to the course coordinator to make arrangements for completing your last course(s) before your departure. Several options may be open, such as testing your acquired knowledge in another way, passing the course for a reduced number of credits, or taking a home exam/assignment.
