Utrecht University has an active emergency response team in the Centre zone. This team acts as an outpost, meaning that in the event of an emergency, the emergency response team and/or first aiders will offer assistance until professional emergency services such as the fire service, ambulance or police arrive.

All Centre zone reception staff hold an emergency response and first aid certificate and can assist in emergency situations.

If you witness a serious incident or emergency, phone Utrecht University's central emergency line straight away: 030 - 253 4444.

Students, staff, users of and all visitors to buildings in the Centre zone of Utrecht Science Park must adhere to the building rules. These rules have been drawn up to ensure safety and order in the buildings.

Please refer to the Centre Zone Building Rules (pdf).

You can store personal belongings in the lockers in the Educatorium and Marinus Ruppert building. Use of these lockers is at your own risk, however please do report any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings to the reception desk.
