First semester
Throughout the programme, you will participate in courses that add to both your knowledge base (e.g. regarding interdisciplinarity, social challenges, and social change approaches) as well as to your skills set (e.g. stakeholder mapping, professional ethics, science communication).
Second semester - Master's project
In the second semester, the Master's project takes place and consists of three interrelated components: you do an internship, write your thesis and create a public-engagement product based on the results of your thesis (the latter as part of the course on Open Science). All three components focus on the same societal challenge (of your choice).
