Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Within the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences, we work with an FSBS AI Index. This AI Index describes scenarios that indicate the extent to which the use of AI tools, such as generative AI and AI for data analysis, is permitted.

The instructor selects one of five scenarios, indicating the level of AI use allowed within the course. The instructor may also choose to apply different scenarios for different assignments. Please note: there is also a university-wide AI Index. When you are enrolled in a course within the Faculty of Social Sciences, the AI Index on the current page applies.
