Procedure for Master’s students who can’t be present during on-campus education and assessments 2021-2022
Are you a Master's student at the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences? Then we expect you to be present when we offer your education or assessment on location in 2021-2022. However, it is possible that you will be unable to come to the Utrecht Science Park, occasionally or for a longer period, due to the COVID-19 crisis. Do you believe this applies to you? On this website you can read what is expected of you.
Students who are unable to come to on-campus education for an extended period
Are you unable to come to on-campus education due to the COVID-19 crisis for an extended period or permanently? Be sure to send an email to email@example.com by 15 August 2021 at the latest. In this e-mail you motivate why you are unable to come. Your study advisor will review your request and will inform the coordinator of your Master's programme.
Please note: not all Master’s programmes can guarantee that their online education to be an equivalent alternative to on-campus teaching. Please contact your programme coordinator, should you have any questions about this.
Students who are occasionally unable to come to on-site education
As soon as you know you will be temporarily unable to come to on-campus teaching due to the COVID-19 crisis (for instance because you need to self-quarantine), be sure to approach your lecturer or course coordinator for alternative forms of education. The procedure may vary from course to course. Please note: not all Master’s programmes can guarantee that their online education will be an exact equivalent alternative to on-campus teaching.
If you know you are unable to come to an on-site assessment, please follow the normal regulations.
