Schedules, calendar and timeslots
Course schedules
The timetables for period 1 will be published on July 31, 2023 at the latest, and will be available in MyTimetable from then on.
You can access your personal schedule in MyTimetable after you are fully and correctly enrolled in your programme. Log in with your solis-id. Your personal schedule only displays the schedules for the courses in which you are enrolled. Only the schedule for the tutorial group to which you have been assigned will be displayed.
Exam / additional test schedules
In MyTimetable, you can see where and when the examinations and additional tests will be administered. The information will be available in MyTimetable no later than two months before start of the test or additional test. You can only view the information for the exams or additional tests for the courses for which you are registered. Information about tests for which you are not registered can be found in the course catalogue.
Timeslots divide the week in different parts to prevent a clash in course times. It is usually NOT possible to choose courses that are scheduled in the same timeslot. There are incidental cases where courses do not overlap, but more often than not, courses in the same timeslot cannot be followed together.
The timeslot model (pdf) at Utrecht University has five different timeslots (A, B, C, D en E). Each timeslot consists of a fixed number of hours at a fixed moment in the week.
In each course description, the block and time slot in which the course will take place is indicated. All courses have their own course code, which is used to register for and deregister from courses and examinations. You will find this course code in the course description as well.
