The Master's programme in Educational Sciences focuses on developing teaching processes in an academically justified way and supporting learners and professionals in educational organisations and companies. In this case, the learner could be: a pupil, student, course participant or employee, but could equally be a teacher, instructor or trainer.

The programme extends from designing (digital) learning resources and learning environments to professional development and organisational change.

You will train to become an academic professional who can switch between theory and practice. You will learn to approach practical educational issues systematically. Furthermore, you will clarify and solve them on the basis of, and by applying, theoretical educational insights and academic research.
