Internship
During the internship, you will participate in research in the area of Applied Cognitive Psychology. Internships may be completed externally (i.e. in companies and research institutions), as well as internally (i.e. corresponding to ongoing research).
During the internship, tasks are performed under supervision in a company or research institute. The objective of the internship is to acquire practical and research experience, including with regard to reporting on results from research and practical activities.
Timetable
It is important to start searching for an internship position early. If you are planning to enter the Master’s programme in Applied Cognitive Psychology, you should contact the internship and thesis coordinator, Dr Stella Donker, as soon as possible, before searching for an internship position.
Although the lecturer will help you with the search for an internship position as much as possible, it remains your responsibility to obtain such a position. Students should therefore start searching early.
