Your Perspective: Education & Training
During Your Perspective on 2 February, alumni talk about their jobs in education, training or teaching, for example as teachers at schools or as educators at museums or societal organisations. Join, ask questions and discover what suits you best!
Teachers are greatly needed. In addition, with a background in Humanities, there are many more ways you can contribute to good education. What is it like to work in education? What skills are important and what are the biggest challenges? And what steps can you take to get there from your study programme here at the Humanities.
Don't speak Dutch? No problem!
Working in education in the Netherlands often means you need to master Dutch to some or a great extent. The alumni sharing their experiences during this event all work in a (mainly) Dutch environment. If you don't speak Dutch, you might not be able to follow their exact paths, but their stories can still inspire you and help you explore possible directions.
