When you start a new job or internship, a lot of things can push in on you. New people, new tasks and perhaps expectations you (feel like you) need to live up to. This can cause a busy mind. In this workshop you will learn a number of exercises from the mindfulness that can help you to calm your mind, to focus your attention and to accept what is happening at a certain moment. The workshop is an introduction, so you can experience whether mindfulness is something for you. It is also suitable for those who are working for a while. It is always about looking at what comes your way with a fresh look, a '' beginner's mind ''.
