Yoga means unity, a balance between body and mind, one consciousness. Through dynamic and static exercises we seek a balance between tension and relaxation, strength and flexibility, will and ability.
During the lessons we consciously work on attention and concentration on what you are doing at the moment that you are doing it. You will be introduced to breath control which gives an introduction to meditation, when the breath is silent, the mind is silent. Yoga is connecting your own personal path and bringing it into harmony with the world around you.
In this class you will go through the exercises and poses step by step. Depending on your level, you will receive feedback to deepen and perfect your exercises and poses. Beginners will get more explanation about the technique and the construction. This makes this class accessible for both beginners and advanced students.
