Training preventing a burnout (for student boards)

to

The training is based on the principles of Transactional Analysis, a branch of positive psychology. It provides insight into the culture of your board or association and the impact this has on the well-being of its members. Additionally, the training shares knowledge and skills related to mental and physical fitness, including recognizing and preventing burnout. A burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress, often resulting from continuous pressure and the inability to recover. Participants will learn how to monitor both themselves and their fellow board members for signs of excessive stress, in order to prevent burnout, and will have the opportunity to practice setting healthy boundaries.

Registration

Our no-show policy
We are happy to offer workshops for free to all Utrecht University students. However: free of charge does not mean free of responsibility. Our activities tend to be fully booked well in advance. For every late cancellation or no-show we have had to disappoint students who would have liked to attend. This is how we work:

  • Once you have signed up for a workshop, we expect you to attend;
  • If you need to cancel your registration, do so at the earliest possible moment, at least 24 hours before the workshop.
