The art of being a university: For who, for what and why?

to

Who are “we” as a university, and what do we actually stand for? During this meeting, you will engage in conversation with students and staff from across the UU about the future of the university. What does it mean to study or work here? What is going well, what could be improved – and how do lofty ideals translate into practice?

Together, we will share experiences and dreams, which artist Mart Veldhuis will incorporate into a multicoloured tapestry. This work of art will be unveiled in 2026 in honour of the UU and UMCU anniversary, and will mark the start of new discussions both within and outside the university.
