Study group 'Studying healthy and effectively' (Monday)

Do you find it difficult to motivate yourself to study (at home), do you find it hard to find a structure, do you procrastinate and do you want to work on this? In each of the first 4 meetings, the following topics are discussed:
- Which goals you want to achieve the coming week
- Which goals you achieved last week
- What difficulties you encountered
- Exchange tips
- Attention for and explanation of underlying themes such as motivation, procrastination, stress, prioritization and assertiveness
In the 5th meeting we look back on the trajectory and set goals for the future.
Dates, times & Location
The meetings always take place between 11.30 and 12.30. You are expected at each of the meetings. If you already know in advance that you will not be able to, please email us well in advance so that we can see how to solve this.
- Monday, April 25: Meeting 1, motivation and goal setting
- Monday, May 2 : Meeting 2, Procrastination and Stress
- Monday, May 9 : Meeting 3, Values, Choices, and Prioritization
- Monday May 16 : Meeting 4 Assertiveness
- Tuesday June 7: Meeting 5 Return meeting
