Even in these online times, finding a job or internship, and therefore applying for it, continues. Do you know what is important when applying for a job? And how to get the best out of your online career while applying for a job? What you can do to prepare yourself as optimally as possible? In this training you will be made aware of the perspective of the employer and how you can respond to this effectively. The focus will be on the interview you have to get a job or internship.
For this training it is important that you have more or less clear which functions and organizations appeal to you. Look for a vacancy that you would like to respond to. If you are not yet ready, first follow the training Explore your career from home. Would you like to learn how to write a CV or letter? Then go to the training CV and write a motivation letter.
In this workshop we look together at how a vacancy works and what the real needs of the organization are and what is needed to fulfill the position. Then you look at how your motivation and experience fit in with this and how you can communicate this. We alternate theory with practice and conclude the training with practicing common questions in a job interview. You will receive tips on how to optimize your presentation.
This practical training helps you to apply for a job or internship with more self-confidence. After the meeting you can make an appointment with a career officer to practise a job interview individually.
