NeUUrodiversity Website Launch
Did you know that around one in ten university students has dyslexia, nine per cent have ADHD, and one per cent are on the autism spectrum? The exact number of neurodivergent people at Utrecht University is not known, but we do know that many face challenges in accessing support and feeling fully included in academic and social life.
Supported by the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Office, the NeUUrodiversity project has designed a website for neurodivergent students, as well as UU teachers and study advisers, to consult, seek information, find answers, and draw inspiration and connections:
It aims to serve as an accessible reference point for those who wish to learn more about neurodiversity and the forms of support available at UU.
We warmly invite you to the launch and lunch event on 10 December at 12pm, where we will present the project and collect feedback from participants. Your suggestions and impressions will help us refine the platform and make it a more useful and inclusive resource for everyone at UU and beyond. You can also share your thoughts via the online feedback form.
