Is it your 2023 New Year's resolution to start meditation? Are you in for building up a meditation routine? To start your days mindfully? This is the opportunity!

From February 6 till 10th, there will be a guided online meditation from 09:00 - 09:15 AM. These sessions are suitable for both beginners and advanced. We will start with basics and build up slowly. Join the group and also support your fellow students to make meditation a daily habit.
