Now that we spend so much time at home, it can be a good moment to learn how to meditate. Or to perpetuate your meditation practice. Many studies have been done on the effects of meditation and they report reduced stress levels, better focus and increased well-being. Are you interested in learning how to meditate, or do you want to stay inspired to keep up your meditation? Utrecht University offers a weekly Online Meditation Lab for students. You will receive beginners exercises, guided meditations and you can ask all your questions.
