How often do you give some TLC to your brains? For you as a student, your brain is your instrument. Such an instrument needs proper maintenance. Physical activity keeps your brain healthy: it enhances brain functions, improves memory, boosts your energy, productivity, and creativity, and helps you sleep better.

Being active outdoors clears your mind and often gives you a different perspective on thoughts, situations, and problems. Just through the movement of your brain, you can arrive at a different way of thinking. Nature has a calming effect and can serve as a source of inspiration.

During this lunch walk, you will experience how walking can help you shift from being stuck in your head to being more in touch with your body. Together, we will also explore how you can apply these benefits to your daily life.
