How you breathe is determined by the state of your body and mind. However, with your breath, you can also influence the state of your body and mind. An optimal way of breathing can, among other things, ensure that you have enough energy and that you feel comfortable. With specific breathing exercises, you can create relaxation or focus. In-depth workshop: Breathwork session in a yoga school
In this in-depth workshop, we will work more intensively with your breath. Among other things, you will experience what it is like to breathe a little more or less, and what connected breathing does to you. For example, you can experience a feeling of connection, peace and relaxation in mind and body, and a natural high.
Please note: the in-depth workshop is not suitable for you if you are pregnant, or have (or have had) epilepsy, heart disease or a history of psychosis, or are struggling with severe panic attacks.
