What is Intervision?
Intervision is a self-help method in which colleagues help each other to become better at their work. This usually happens in an intervision group. The members of the group meet on a voluntary and equivalent basis. Sometimes they are guided by a trainer. The participants deal with problems that arise in the workplace or while studying. This includes, for example, professional, 'technical' issues, but also problems related to personal functioning. An example of a question that you could ask is: I often do not know how to properly prepare an exam and therefore I feel very tense in the run-up to and during the exam. How can I deal with this?
We will meet again with this group in block 4 on 12 May and 16 June.
