Consciously or subconsciously, many of us live in our own, often homogeneous social bubble. And while that can be comfortable, safe and affirming, there’s a lot to learn outside our own frames of reference.
This workshop makes you aware of the importance of having conversations outside your social bubble. You are offered various conversation techniques that will teach you how to conduct an open and inclusive conversation, without having to agree with one another. The aim is to deepen your listening- and conversation skills, so you will be able to better understand yourself and the other person. This enables you to actively contribute to an inclusive world, in which there is room for a variety of perspectives and experiences.
