Contribute to the quality of education in this open consultation hour
Would you, as a student, like to contribute to the quality of our education? In the coming period, our institution will have an important opportunity to demonstrate how we are working to provide high-quality, future-oriented education. Your experiences, ideas and critical perspective can really make a difference in this regard. That is why we invite you to make use of the open consultation hours during the Institutional Quality Assurance Assessment (ITK).
Consultation hour Institutional audit (ITK)
Once every six years, the Dutch-Flemish Accreditation Organisation (NVAO) assesses the quality assurance in place at Higher Education institutions. For the purpose of the accreditation of an institution an external panel of peers pays a visit to the institutions. The panel discusses the quality assurance in place with management, staff and students.
Consultation hour
The visit includes time for a consultation hour. Staff and students not participating in the visit are given the opportunity to discuss questions and/or issues of the quality assurance in place individually and confidentially with the panel. The Institutional audit will take place from 12 January up to 11 February. The consultation hour will be held online on 6 January from 16.00-17.00 hours.
Making an appointment
If you wish to avail of this consultation hour, please make an appointment with the committee secretary, Anne Martens, before 16 December 2025 by sending her an email: annemartens@gmail.com
Please indicate the topic you want to see the panel about in your e-mail. In the e-mail subject please write ITK UU 2026. You will then be sent a link with a timeslot to participate in an online conversation with the panel.
