Academic calendar | Autumn term: October up to and including December Spring term: January up to and including March Summer term: April up to and including July (this is an exam term, no classes take place between the end of April to the end of June). The University of Warwick offers a four day orientation programme, ideal for students new to studying in the UK.

Areas of study open for exchange students | All areas, though some departments have limited availability; for example the Business School. Students interested might have to choose courses from other departments (for example Economics) as well. The following Academic departments only have full year availability: Some departments have reduced course options in the spring semester, for example law. Make sure you research your module choices before you choose your semester

Visa | Students who are of non EU Nationality applying for 1 semester only will need to apply for a Short-Term Study Visa. Students who are of non EU nationality may be required to obtain a tier 4 visa to study in the UK for longer than 6 months. Visa regulations and agreements between the Netherlands and the United Kingdom are subject to change. Your coordinator at Utrecht University will inform you on the latest changes. |
