Academic calendar | Semester I: last week of August - 3rd week of December Orientation generally commences in the last week of August for Semester I and in the 2nd week of January for Semester II. Exams take place mid-December for Semester I and late April until the 2nd week of May for Semester II. Please note that there is a semester overlap when you go to this university during the second semester. |

Please note that the demand for apartments for rent in Reykjavik is very high and finding accommodation can be very difficult. |
