| Academic calendar | Semester I: September/October - January/February The actual start and finish dates will vary in the different Schools but each term lasts around 20 weeks and is made up of a teaching period of around 14 weeks and an exam period of around 6 weeks.

| Requirements | Language requirement: a minimum of B1 language level (CEFR) in Italian is required. More information. The International Office (UU Humanities) recommends a B2 level at the moment of exchange in order to fully participate in the courses. |
| Areas of study open to exchange students | Students can take any courses at the Scuola di Studi Umanistici e della Formazione. Subjects taught here cover Archeology, History, and History of Art. Exceptionally students can choose courses from one other one school (e.g.: Scuola di scienze politiche, Scuola di economia e management, etc.…) but they must not exceed 40% of the total number of courses. |
