The university is located in the city of Bristol in the Southwest of England close to the sea. It has about 450,000 inhabitants. You can find out more information here.
Bristol University has about 27,000 students. It doesn’t have a central campus, but its buildings are spread throughout the city center. The Student Union “helps students to run over 330 societies, sports clubs, groups and support networks. From football to cheese, skydiving to Pokémon.” The university has a wide array of sports facilities which are available to students at a fee.
