Academic calendar | Semester I: 1st week of September – last week of December Orientation generally commences the last week of August for Semester I and the last week of February for Semester II. Exams take place mid December for Semester I and mid June for Semester II. |

Courses at Master’s level | Some of the courses are offered in English at Master’s level. Undergraduate students can only choose undergraduate courses. In case students have enough knowledge to take post graduate courses, they can take up to 6 credits from the postgraduate courses, but should go through prior approval of each professor. Postgraduates can choose both undergraduate and postgraduate courses up to 12 credits, but can take a maximum of 6 credits from undergraduate courses. |

Housing assistance | All incoming exchange students can apply for on-campus housing, but housing is not guaranteed. In the past almost 100% of exchange students stayed on campus. Most importantly, students are required to submit the result of their tuberculosis test in order to stay at the Ajou dormitory. On-campus housing can cost between €480-920 for a whole semester depending on the type of accommodation. |
