Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship has become increasingly prominent in knowledge based economies. Individuals have to become more alert for how they can create new value in all kinds of settings. The creation of new knowledge is a source of various new opportunities, and jobs for life are a thing of the past. How do people successfully identify, evaluate and pursue opportunities for new value creation? In this minor you will be made aware of the different types of entrepreneurship you can pursue, and you will get acquainted with the relevant knowledge and skills for acting entrepreneurially, and building new ventures.
This is a minor for non-Economics students. Are you a student of the bachelor's programme Economics and Business Economics? Then you might consider the minor Social Entrepreneurship (English) or Sociaal Ondernemerschap (Dutch).
