Requirements Language: Main language of instruction is German; minimum level of B1 is necessary.

For English courses B2 level is necessary.

This partnership is based on a bilateral agreement between Science UU and the Bonn University on Meteorology and Physics.

No arrangements at the university, however support and advice is given.

On average € 800 per month including accommodation.

Dormitory € 200-550 per month

Private accommodation  € 350-600 per month


Normal study load per term: 30 credits

The grading scheme usually comprises 5 levels: 

1- very good; 2-good; 3-satisfactory; 4- sufficient; 5 non-suffient/fail

Number of places available

2 places per year. Selection was not necessary in the past few years.
