Areas of study open to exchange students

This partnership is based on a bilateral agreement between Science UU and Friedrich-Alexander-Universität and the Departement of Chemistry. 

Almost all courses are open to the exchange students. Limited access to Medicine and Law, consultation required.

Most of the courses are in German, some programmes in English. 

Housing assistance

Yes. FAU offers support to the students by the housing search, but they cannot guarantee that all students obtain accommodation through them.

About € 670 per month, not including accommodation.

Normal study load per semester: 30 ects

Credits: No minimum credits required, 30 ECTS per semester are recommended.

2 places per year. Selection was not necessary in the past few years.
