Gebruik dit template om het projectplan te schrijven. Studenten die het Afstudeerproject volgen hoeven alleen het eerste deel in te vullen. Studenten die Onderzoeksproject PLUS volgen, moeten naast het eerste deel en ook de extra sectie invullen.   

Je dient dit projectplan in bij je begeleider(s) en de cursuscoördinatoren via scriptie.bio@uu.nl. Zorg ervoor dat je het plan ook afstemt met je begeleider(s), dit kan zowel voor als na het indienen van het projectplan. 

Het invullen van het Request form project outside of UU (Aanvraagformulier project buiten UU) is verplicht als je een project buiten de UU of UMC gaat doen, en dus ook in het buitenland. Het formulier gebruik je samen met het verplichte contract dat je moet afsluiten (zie pagina 'Voorbereiding' > 'B-B3AFSTP/B-B3PLONS buiten de Universiteit Utrecht') bij het aanvragen van toestemming en (indien van toepassing) voor het indienen van een buitenlandverzoek in Osiris. De stappen die je moet nemen staan ook in het formulier zelf. 

De begeleider stuurt de rubrics en het beoordelingsformulier samen met het verslag/de verslagen naar de cursuscoördinatoren na afloop van het project. Zorg ervoor dat alles correct is ingevuld en het formulier is ondertekend door de begeleider(s) en examinator.

Het is verplicht voor studenten om een wetenschappelijk integriteit statement op te nemen in de scriptie en onderzoeksverslag. Hieronder valt ook het vermelden of er al dan niet gebruik is gemaakt van genAI zoals ChatGTP. Het is onder voorwaarden toegestaan om genAI als hulpmiddel in te zetten tijdens het schrijven, mits dit op een verantwoordelijk manier wordt gedaan. In de AI-richtlijnen vind je een omschrijving van wat wel en niet is toegestaan. Indien genAI is gebruikt, is het verplicht om de prompts + output bij het verslag in te leveren. Het beoordelingsformulier en de rubrics zijn hierop aangepast. Wij verzoeken om deze aangepaste formulieren te gebruiken bij de beoordeling.

Use this template to write your compulsory project plan. Students taking the Graduation Project (Afstudeerproject) only need to complete the first part. Students taking the Research Project PLUS (Onderzoeksproject PLUS) must complete the first part as well as the extra section.

Submit this project plan to your supervisor(s) and the course coordinators via scriptie.bio@uu.nl. Ensure that you also coordinate the plan with your supervisor(s); this can be done either before or after submitting the project plan.

Completing the Request form project outside of UU is mandatory if you are doing a project outside the UU or UMC, including projects abroad. Use this form and the mandatory contract you are required to sign (see the 'Voorbereiding' page > 'B-B3AFSTP/B-B3PLONS buiten de Universiteit Utrecht') when requesting approval and (if applicable) submitting a request for a stay abroad in Osiris. The steps you need to follow are also outlined in the form itself.

The rubrics and assessment form (together with the thesis and internship report) need to be sent by the supervisors to the course coordinators at the end of the project. Make sure everything is filled in correctly and that the assessment form is signed by the supervisor(s) and examiner. 

It is mandatory for students to include an academic integrity statement in the thesis and research paper. This includes whether or not genAI such as ChatGTP was used. It is permitted under certain conditions to use genAI as a tool while writing, provided it is done responsibly. This AI-guideline describes what AI-use is and is not allowed. If genAI is used, it is mandatory to submit the prompts + output with the report. The assessment form and rubrics have been modified accordingly. Please use these amended forms for the final assessment.
