The Meditation Lab offers yet another round of meditation courses. Would you like to learn how to meditate?  Would you like to get more regularity in meditating, and build a routine? Would you like to get to know other students who also meditate and inspire each other? Then this course might be for you.

The course consists of four live meetings on Tuesday afternoons.  You will also receive 10-20 minute exercises to do daily at home. Each meeting focuses on a different theme so that different aspects of meditation are addressed. The course is guided by Nynke Okma and Jacky Limvers, who both have long experience in Zen and insight meditation.


  • 26 March: What is meditation? Attention to the body and breathing
  • 2 April: Dealing with thoughts and discomforts
  • 16 April: What is conducive to your meditation
  • 23 April: Open attention and focus on the observer
